Swag House is committed to your satisfaction. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help. Please review the terms below.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Products damaged through customer misuse are not eligible.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@swaghouse.net with your order number, the product name, your reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective. All returns require prior approval — please do not ship items back before receiving return authorization.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged product or an incorrect item shipped. In those cases, Swag House covers return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@swaghouse.net. We will provide either a replacement or a full refund at your choice.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer, returned after the 30-day window, or received without original packaging.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
