Swag House offers free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. We work directly with our brand partners and authorized warehouses to ensure your order is packed securely and delivered as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location and the product. Large or oversized items such as electric bikes, power stations, and fitness equipment may require freight shipping and can take 7–14 business days for delivery. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

Freight and Oversized Deliveries

Products that ship via freight carrier will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted on the product page. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please inspect all freight deliveries at the time of arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting your account at www.swaghouse.net or by contacting us at info@swaghouse.net.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have state-specific shipping restrictions due to local regulations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately at info@swaghouse.net. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and resolve the issue.
